At Wildtrak Offroad Offgrid, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't fit your adventure, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

Ship the Package

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the gear at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
